Since I was a child I have been had my finger in the light socket, so to speak. Thanks to the Internet, Digital Television, and changes in technology that even the best of the best have a hard time keeping up with, it is just to much for the average person to understand. I have said since the Web started taking off in the late 90's that it was the Wild Wild West and there was no sheriff in town. Well now there is. People need a Super Geek they can call on, and still be able to afford it.
I specialize in reasonable rates, easy terms and outstanding service. I do offer technical support over the phone at far less cost than other tech support services also, although I feel it is better to work hands on. Working with technology is what I love to do, and I am fortunate to have done it all my life. Unfortunately there is a great amount of scoundrels in the field. Being one who was never quite fond of the normal nine to five, I have opted to become a champion of change and use my talents for the greater good. I still have to eat however so I do charge for my services but I have enough references to prove I am worth it.

I offer over the phone tech support for for a variety of circumstances but in general feel it is better to work hands on. I offer 24/7 service but charge extra for emergency service outside of my normal business hours unless we have made an appointment. My normal business hours are Monday through Friday 11 AM to 4 PM and Saturdays Noon to 3 PM. Sundays, Holidays and the day after the Holiday are outside my normal business hours.
